Our Inspiration

Soho has been at the forefront of cocktail innovation for many years with the likes of the Espresso Martini and Pornstar Martini both having been created in London by mixologist legends Dick Bradsell and Douglas Ankrah.

It was the post-war 50s that saw the emergence of the creative Soho crowd at the same time as jazz clubs, coffee houses, strip joints, and cocktail bars.

The legendary bartender, Dick Bradsell

This British bartending guru was a popular face behind many of the salubrious Soho clubs including Fred's, Dick's Bar at the Atlantic, The Colony Room and many more.

The story goes that Bradsell created the famous espresso martini at the Soho Brasserie in Old Compton Street when a young model sidled up to the bar and asked for something to “wake me up and f**k me up”.

Our aim is simple. Bring the quality and craftsmanship of hand-built cocktails you enjoy in your favourite bar into your home. No need for dozens of ingredients and blending equipment, we have done the hard work for you so you can simply shake over ice and pour.

Our premium cocktails pay homage to the Soho Cocktail scene being small batch produced into 1.5 litre pouches using the finest quality ingredients. No artificial flavourings or colourings, just the real deal. The cold brew coffee used in our Espresso Martini is brewed for 14 hours using reverse osmosis water to bring the finest, smoothest coffee notes to the Martini. You don’t want to be doing that at home before the guests arrive…..

Sustainability

We like to make smart decisions when it comes to our packaging. That is why we have ditched the glass and replaced with a pouch which results in an 80% reduction in the carbon footprint. The pouches are extremely light weighing in at only 35 grams and once opened and kept in the fridge will last 4 weeks as the product will be kept air tight, reducing product wastage. Life Cycle Assessments show our pouches to be extremely resource efficient.

We also check our ingredient suppliers credentials and even our cold brew coffee uses beans that come from an eco-roast facility. An environmentally friendly and sustainable solution which harnesses the energy from spent coffee grounds to roast the fresh beans which we buy.
