Serving Suggestions

Our cocktails taste amazing just the way they are, but if you want to have some fun and take them to the next level, try our serving suggestions ...

Old Compton Street Espresso Martini

Pour 150ml into the shaker with a couple of ice cubes. Shake vigorously and strain into the martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans. For those looking for an extra rich kick, trying adding a 25ml shot of Baileys to create a Flat White Espresso Martini.

Dean Street Passion Star Martini

Once shaken on and ice and strained, pour into a Martini glass. Then slice a passion fruit in half and drop carefully into the drink, seeds facing upwards! For some extra decadence serve with a side shot of Champagne or Prosecco to be enjoyed afterwards.

Wardour Street Raspberry Daiquiri

Garnish with raspberries and lime. First run the lime around the rim of the glass before dipping it into sugar. Shake, strain and pour the cocktail into the glass and squeeze a little more lime into the top.  If you prefer a frozen daiquiri simply decant some product into the shaker and store in the freezer in advance. Don’t leave it for too long though, an hour or two will suffice!

Poland Street Pina Colada

You can really dress this one up if you want some 80’s kitsch style appeal. Brightly coloured umbrella’s and straws and large chunks of Pineapple. For a more classic finish, just use the green ends of the pineapple to stick out the top and some raspberries to add some colour. Some prefer glace cherries over the raspberries.
