Refund policy

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have up to 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Changed Your Mind?

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it (unopened, unused and in its original packaging). Any free of charge items must be included in the return (unopened, unused and in its original packaging).  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.  You must return your item within 14 days of your return being accepted to be eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item to enable us to evaluate and rectify any issues.

Exchanges

We do not provide Exchanges.  If you are not happy with your purchase, please return the items as per the above details and place a new order as normal.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to advise if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, but if has been more than 15 business days since we’ve approved your return, please contact us by email on  info@sohostreetcocktails.com
