Shipping

Overview

We offer Free UK delivery on all orders over £40.  Delivery will be 2 to 4 working days from date of order, although please note that orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Age Verification

By entering our website you have confirmed that you are at least the legal age to purchase alcohol in your country of residence, in accordance with our terms and conditions. As a responsible retailer of alcohol, our Courier will require Identity Verification at the point of delivery.

Delivery Location

We currently only deliver to Mainland United Kingdom. We cannot deliver to BFPO addresses or mail forwarding addresses. 

Tracking your Parcel

As soon as your order is picked and packed, a shipment confirmation email will be sent. A delivery confirmation email with a link to track your order online will be sent once your parcel is collected by the courier. Please note, that it can take some time before the tracking information in active.

VAT & Customs

VAT is payable on all online shop orders shipped to a UK address regardless of the country where the order is placed.

Undeliverable Packages

If we are unable to deliver your order to the provided address, it may automatically be returned to the courier.  In this instance you may be liable for the shipping costs. Where incorrect address details or postcode are supplied, you may be required to pay an additional shipping cost to get this amended.

Packages Lost or Stolen

Soho Street Cocktails cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered. 

Updating or Cancelling an order

Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend/add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address. If you would like to cancel the order, you can do so by emailing us at info@sohostreetcocktails.com. Unfortunately, once we begin the process of packing your order, cancellations will no longer be possible.
